It doubles as an extra bedroom with a queen sofa-sleeper and 3/4 bathroom. There is one twin size roll-away bed stored in the master bedroom walk-in closet to accommodate up to 5 guests. The Tree House is located only 1 mile from the Guy Sandy Boat launch on Lake of the Arbuckle’s and 10 minutes from Turner Falls! If that is not enough, this special cabin boasts 2 Full RV Hookups with 40 and 50 amp electrical and water that can accommodate up to 40ft motor home!. Please ask for additional fees for RV Hookup.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
